One Ingredient Vegan Banana Ice Cream

Delicious vegan banana ice cream with only one ingredient! Super easy to make, healthy & so tasty! Naturally dairy, egg and gluten free.

  • 2 Ripe Bananas

Instructions

  • Peel your bananas and chop them into 1" slices.
  • Place the bananas on a flat tray, cover with clingfilm and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours until frozen.
  • Remove from freezer and blend in a food processor until smooth and creamy. This may take a little while and you may need to give them a stir a few times whilst doing it.
  • Once smooth and creamy you can eat straight away or put back in the freezer for later!

Notes

You can top this ice cream with honey, a sprinkle of cinnamon or flaked almonds.
If you decide to refreeze the ice cream once blended, you will need to take the ice cream out of the freezer 10 minutes or so before you want to eat it, to let it soften up a bit.
