How To Make Silken Tofu Chocolate & Raspberry Mousse

Ingredients You Will Need

Step One:

Drain the water from the tofu, then melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 second bursts.

Step Two:

Add the tofu, melted chocolate and maple syrup to a high-speed blender or food processor

Step Three:

Blend until smooth- you will need to scrape the edges back into the mixture.

Step Four:

Pop into individual ramekins, top with fresh raspberries and chill in the fridge for at least an hour to allow the mousses to set.
