is a twist on the Japanese classic!
Crispy salmon is paired with an aromatic, smooth curry sauce, ideal for a delicious meal to be enjoyed with family or friends.
My version is also egg and dairy free!

Cover the salmon fillets with vegan mayo.
Cover the salmon fillets with panko breadcrumbs.
Fry off onions, carrots, chopped garlic, ginger with some curry powder in a pan.
Add flour to the pan, give it a quick stir, then pour in the stock, honey, soy sauce and coconut milk
Bake the salmon fillets in the oven until cooked.
Use a stick blender to make the sauce super smooth.
Pour the sauce through a sieve.
Serve the sauce alongside the baked salmon, white rice and salad.
