How To Make Gambas Pil Pil
First, prep all of the ingredients . Finely chop the parsley and red chilli, then chop the garlic into thin slices.
Add prawns to a hot pan with olive oil. Cook for a couple of minutes before turning them over onto the other side.
Add the garlic, red chilli and paprika and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the prawns from the heat and stir in the fresh chopped parsley, then pour the mixture into a serving dish and serve immediately.
Dont forget to pour in the lovely oil and juices and mop them up with some crusty bread!!
