Ingredients Needed

Step One:

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, this will be used to coat the pork belly.

Step Two:

Coat the pork belly slices with the seasoning then cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.

Step Three:

After 15 minutes, baste with BBQ sauce, cook for further 5 minutes, then flip over, baste again & cook for final 5 mins.

To Serve

Serve hot with some crispy diced potatoes and tenderstem broccoli.
