Air Fryer Smashed Potatoes
Discover the ultimate recipe for crispy garlic smashed potatoes made in the air fryer.

Pre-cook the potatoes either on the hob in water for 15 mins or in the air fryer for 15 mins.
Coat the potatoes with seasoning & olive oil then place in air fryer and squash flat with the bottom of a mug.
Air Fry @ 200C/400F for 15-20 mins - shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
Serve immediately - delicious dipped into alioli!!
